How to plan a party without going crazy?

March 11, 2010

The best way is to hire a professional. If it’s not in the budget then google or go to your local bookstore. There are now a wide array of books available to help make your life a bit more easy when hosting an event.

I do not recommend hosting a large party with only the knowledge of a book or google blog. That definitely calls for an expert in the field. But, for a small family b-day party or gathering with close friends you may simply try it yourself after doing your homework. Remember parties take time, planning and organization and attention to detail. So if this does not describe you, then you may want to hire a professional event planner. http://www.rigatonitampa.com

How you Can Save Time and Stress on Party Day?

November 25, 2009

Be prepared. Have a check list of items you need to purchase and do so at least 1 week in advance.

On Party Day plan your day to be ready for the party 2 hours prior to the invitation time. This way if you missed something you’ll have some extra time to play with.

Contact all your vendors the week of the event to remind them and make sure you’re on the same page.

Have a glass of wine or your favorite cocktail as a reward to yourself 30 minutes prior to the event start time. Sip it and put on some relaxing background music and you’ll be ready with a smile when your guests arrive.

Enjoy the party. You deserve it!

Congratulations!!!
First you should call your mom and/or best friend and tell, tell tell. I know you’ll want to tell the world the great news. Why not, this is important to everyone! Then, you should go try on a gown or 100 gowns and admire how beautiful you will be as a bride. Next decide on the kind of food you’d like to serve and search the internet or ask for recommendations on caterers. Then choose your hall/venue. You may do most of this via the internet. Then your event planner who should have the right contacts to get the party going with minimal effort on your end. http://www.banquetroomstampa.com
